these terms and conditions or:
An Advertiser becomes insolvent, ceases
to trade or goes into liquidation.
Recruitment agencies
and employment businesses
If you are a Recruitment Agency, Employment
Agency or an Employment Business (as defined
by the Employment Agencies Act 1973 ('the
Act')) you are responsible to ensure that
jobs advertised on Watch 4 Jobs comply with
your obligations under the Act and Conduct
of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses
Regulations 2004.
You agree to comply with the Act and
these regulations as they affect the conduct
of your business and the advertisements
you place on Watch 4 Jobs
Placement Rules
So as to ensure Job Seekers are able to
view results which are correct. You agree
that we may, at our discretion and without
liability to you, remove from Watch 4 Jobs
any advertisement which is posted in breach
of these rules.
The Rules are:
All Advertisements must be for genuine vacancies
only,
Advertisements are not permitted that appear
to relate to other products or services,
either relating to or unrelated to recruitment
including, but not limited to, affiliate
schemes, pyramid selling or any other “business
opportunities”
All Advertisements are for single positions
only, multiple postings in single advertisement
are not permitted
Discriminatory
Advertisements
An Advertisement which we believe appears
to discriminate on grounds of sex, race
or disability will be removed immediately
without liability to you.
We will not make any refund of amounts paid
or due to be paid in respect of the posting.
Job Seekers Responses
By using this site you agree that any
responses to your advertisements will be
dealt with in a legal, honest and trustworthy
manner and that your actions will not bring
Watch 4 Jobs into disrepute.
You will indemnify Watch 4 Jobs from
and against any claim brought by an individual
against Watch 4 Jobs arising from your
breach of these obligations or any other
of these terms and conditions.
We do not guarantee that applicants will
be of the necessary calibre to fulfil
your requirements
It is your responsibility to validate
the worthiness of all applicants
Computer Access
Equipment
It is your responsibility to ensure that
you have the appropriate computer equipment
to access the Watch 4 Jobs site
Your website content
and links to third parties
You are responsible for maintaining your
web link and any other web link to third
parties
You are responsible for the content of
your advertisement and to any linked site.
We reserve the right to remove any link
to your site or third party site the content
of which we consider is illegal, defamatory,
racial, or abusive or will bring Watch
4 Jobs into disrepute. You will indemnify
us from and against any claims or liability
arising from content or links contained
in your advertisements.
Passwords
Passwords are managed by Watch 4 Jobs,
their use is mandatory and we may deny access
to any parties that we believe may be using
them for illegal or improper purposes
Terms of Credit
Account facilities are offered subject
to credit acceptance.
Watch 4 jobs reserve
the right to accept or decline such applications.
Payment terms are 14 days from date of
invoice.
Any non payment of outstanding monies
will necessitate an account to be re classified
as a “Pay as you Go “account
Unlimited Postings “Special Offer

Our standard rate for unlimited postings
is £495 plus VAT per month.
