A rare opportunity for a Strong Sous Chef to work in small team of 2/3 chefs within fine dining environment. The position is to start immediately and our client requires an enthusiastic visionary chef with experience in all sections of the kitchen (pastry not essential) to assist the consultant Head Chef in acquiring a reputation and strong repeat customer base. The aim is to acquire 2 AA Rosettes. So anyone with all fresh produce experience at a minimum of this level and a flair for presentation, along with kitchen management skills will be considered.
