Private Chef - London - to 46k The role is to cook for a private family of 4 living in West London. The family enjoys fresh, healthy European and Mediterranean cuisine; with lots of fresh salads. Occasional dinner parties are held which involve the usual pre-dinner canapĆ© etc. We are looking for applicants, ideally with experience in private dining work, who have a work history of cooking to the highest levels. Whilst dinner service will not be fine dining every day applicants need to be skilled to multi rosette/Michelin standard cooking. Breakfast is not generally required, but some lunches and every dinner requires service. 2 days off per week. Candidates will need to demonstrate their ability to run a clean, efficient, discrete and well mannered kitchen. Salary to region of £45,000 depending on level of experience.
