Ched de Partie Pastry required for fine dining establishment in North West city centre. Candidate must have minimum 2 AA Rosette experience and be enthusiastic to work up to Michelin* level. You will run a section under supervision and alone on occasion. Live in provided easy access to trains, aeroplanes (Nr Manchester) etc.
